She recently released two new exercise DVDs for Baby Boomers, seniors and people who are out of shape:
Jane Fonda Prime Time: Fit and Strong
Jane Fonda Prime Time: Walk Out
She is still physically active, but not in the same way she used to be. She doesn't run anymore, but walks instead. She does a lot of walking, brisk but doable. Fonda doesn't lift heavy weights anymore but uses 3- to 5-pound hand weights. To sty on track, she also uses services of a personal trainer.
