Now, at age 41, Mike is healthy and athletic, lifts weights, swims, bicycles and exercises on a regular basis while carefully choosing foods that will prevent diabetes for a lifetime.
Here are his top five secrets for preventing (and even reversing) diabetes:
1) Stop eating all refined sugars
Such as high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), (especially soda), or other refined sugars.
2) Ingest large quantities of daily superfoods
Such as spirulina, stabilized rice bran, chlorella and high-density superfood powders such as Boku Superfood and Living Fuel.
3) Exercise a little bit every day
Even just walking 30 minutes a day can have a huge impact. The key is to make it a daily activity.
