surgery can be beneficial to an individual but it also exposes people to various
health risks.
Philippines
have passed a law that makes pregnancy testing mandatory for all women of childbearing
age who plan to undergo plastic surgery. Exception will apply to women who have
been medially found to be incapable to reproduce.
