Mark Miller, Real Estate and Mortgage Broker

A picture is worth a thousand words but a picture of words is definitely worth a lot more.

This post qualifies for a blog on sports, health and wellness. The banner shown in the picture was found at a Children’s baseball field in Westwood, West Los Angeles. The field is where West LA Little League (www.wlalittleleague.org) plays baseball.

The picture tells the whole story of honest real estate and mortgage broker, Mark Miller:

"If your mother, father,

Brother, sister, aunt,

Uncle, niece, nephew,

Cousin, grandparent or

Friend isn’t a real estate

or mortgage broker,

An interesting incident occurred during a girls’ high school basketball game in Nebraska between Burke High (Omaha) and visiting Columbus (Nebraska.).

Burke High girls basketball team was penalized with a technical foul for wearing pink uniforms in a home game. When Burke High was leading by a point, the opposite team coach pointed out the violation that the home teams are required to wear white uniform. The opposite team scored the points and finally also won the game 62-47.

Jeremy Lin, Knicks basketball and Asian, Chinese madness

Jeremy Lin, NBA basketball

Since Jeremy Lin started playing basketball for the New York Knicks a few week ago, they have been doing well. Knicks have won six games in a row partly due to good performance of Jeremy Lin who is of Chinese descent. However, things have gone a bit too far almost to the verge of insanity because of Chinese Asians.

There is an explosion of Asians watching and talking about basketball. People are willing to pay more to watch Lin play. Every time Jeremy Lin plays, which has been about six times with Knicks so far, the Asians bombard the internet with flood of twits, tags and chatter about the greatness of Chinese basketball player.
