Bananas, the powerhouse fruit, contain many vitamins and minerals and have many beneficial properties. Bananas normalize intestines functioning and very often they replace laxative remedies. Iron contained in bananas raises the hemoglobin level in blood. Moreover, bananas make for normalizing cardiovascular system activity, providing a brain for oxygen, neutralizing raised stomach acidity. 

Meet Freelee, an Australian woman, who possess a fit, slim, attractive body with a vibrant positive attitude but she hasn’t always been this way. In the past she suffered from a number of eating disorders including bulimia & anorexia, bingeing & purging was a regular occurrence.  Additionally, she suffered from persistent acne on face, chest & shoulders, chronic fatigue, candida, serious digestive disorders, constantly fluctuating weight & bouts of depression.

However, all that changed after she changed her lifestyle, including the nutrition.

She has advanced certificates in a number of areas such as nutrition, aerobic conditioning, weight training & in the area of training special populations. She has over 10 years experience in not only motivating people but also in the fields of yoga, jogging, kickboxing, weightlifting & horse-riding. She thoroughly enjoys dancing, gymnastics, running & cycling.

She is particularly passionate about health, fitness & nutrition and has turned it into a career as a personal trainer.

She is a vegan and eats about 30 bananas a day.
