Jane Fonda, 73, is still selling fitness videos

If you need some motivation to keep up with your new year resolution to stay fit, listen to Jane Fonda. Jane Fonda, 73, says that it is never too late and you can start working out in your 70s and 80s.

She recently released two new exercise DVDs for Baby Boomers, seniors and people who are out of shape:

Jane Fonda Prime Time: Fit and Strong
Jane Fonda Prime Time: Walk Out

She is still physically active, but not in the same way she used to be. She doesn't run anymore, but walks instead. She does a lot of walking, brisk but doable. Fonda doesn't lift heavy weights anymore but uses 3- to 5-pound hand weights. To sty on track, she also uses services of a personal trainer.
