Cell phone radiation may be detrimental to pregnancy

cell phone radiation
Study in mice indicates that exposure to radio frequency radiation from cell phones during pregnancy may be detrimental for the offspring.

The researchers at the Yale School of Medicine conducted psychological and behavioral tests on adult mice that were exposed to cellular radiation as fetuses.

Mice exposed to cell phone radiation in the womb showed behavioral problems resembling Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), a developmental disorder associated with brain.

Although this research was conducted in mice and is not exactly comparable to humans, this is an important area to explore further. Considering the necessity and abundant use of cell phones in our daily life, it is necessary to find out whether pregnant women are similarly vulnerable to cell phone radiation and what the safe exposure limit would be.
