National Nutrition Month – March


National nutrition month
National Nutrition Month (NNM) is a nutrition education and information campaign sponsored annually in March by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to focus attention on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.

The theme for March 2012 is "Get Your Plate in Shape."

We all can strive to eat better and healthier.
